Weekend cravings ~~My fav fav fav favourite creamy DARK CHOCOLATE PUDDING loaded with crunchy nuts and topped with my best loved berries.❤️
To give more crunchiness to this chocolaty bowl one can also add some homemade granolas into it.Even I have added a bit of mint flavour to give the taste buds a minty chocolatyyy smack.🍫🍫

A quick 'n' easy bonbon to satiate one's odd time choco cocoa fancy.🍫

Process of Making:

In a cooking/sauce pan take 2 cups of milk add 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder and 1/4 cup corn starch to it. Stir the mixture properly until no lumps left. Note, before adding cocoa powder to milk sieve the powder to avoid any lumps in the mixture.

Then switch on the gas stove and put the pan containing the mixture on the flame and continue stirring in low flame till the mixture becomes warmer. Once the mixture becomes little warm add 1/2 cup jaggery(I preferred jaggery instead of refined sugar) and 2 rows of dark chocolate into it.Continue stirring until the dark chocolate and jaggery melts.

Then add 2 tbps of fresh Amul cream to make the pudding more rich and creamy. Maintain the proper consistency of the yummy chocolaty pudding once the mixture thickens.

Then pour it into serving bowls or ice-cream bowls and top it with crunchy homemade granolas/nuts/berries or mix everything as per your choice. Allow it to cool down to room temperature or chill it in the refrigerator before enjoying and fulfilling your choco desire.
